Our fees for Residential Lettings:
Management Basis:
- Letting Fee £100 plus VAT
- Management Fee 10% plus VAT of rents collected each month
- Full inventory of the property
- Full tenant referencing
- Register of all new tenants onto utility bills
- Three monthly inspections
Without Management:
- Letting Fee £300 Plus VAT
- Full inventory of the property
- Full tenant referencing
- Register of all new tenants onto utility bills
